I think the financial system is going to be at least partially deregulated" under the presidency of Donald Trump...there will be more leverage, and this will be a golden age of investing in financial stocks"

In other words, the guy who shorted the financial system in 2008, is arguing that rolling back the regulations from that same era will usher in a new golden age of leveraged corruption. Which we should buy with both hands.
