Fake It 'Til You Break It

"The further a society drifts from the truth, the more it will hate those who speak it"
- George Orwell

In a society of fake optimists, the burden of proof is on the honest people...

Believing that the future CAN be better if action is taken, is different than pretending the status quo WILL BE better, while it's already imploding. One is warranted optimism, the other is just fake bullshit and self-delusion. Even at this late juncture, the burden of proof is still on us realists, because today's optimists are nothing more than hardcore liars. Fake buffoons who have no idea how a real economy actually works, so they just keep recycling their same failed ideas over and over again. And when they're wrong again, they just pretend to be right. It's the power of suggestion - A Jedi Mind Trick for weak minded tools.

In this next wave down, all things RISK will fall at the same time. I call these charts "bellwethers", because you don't need to be a biologist to know that shit stinks...
