When lying to law enforcement authorities is no longer considered a crime, don't be surprised by what goes missing next...
This administration is an endless fount of rampant criminality, now featuring 17 separate investigations. The reason Mueller hasn't concluded his investigation isn't because there is no crime, it's because there are too many:

For some reason I just perused Jimmy Kunstler's latest fantasy op-ed on the Mike Flynn sentencing case. The highest compliment I can give Kunstler is that he is a fantastic fiction writer. Which is his stock-in-trade after all. The fact that he penned his verdict ahead of the Flynn sentencing is testament to the de rigueur belief that no matter what decision derives from today's Justice Department, it will be an abrogation of hill billy "justice". Unless it concerns Hillary Clinton.
All of which comes under the heading called payback is a bitch.
Way back in 2016, it was Mike Flynn at the Republican convention who led the chant "lock her up", referring to Hillary Clinton. Now just today, he was told to his face by the judge: "You sold your country out". Meanwhile, Flynn also stated that he knew that lying to the FBI was a crime. Which happens to be the latest Faux News contortion i.e. that lying to the FBI is not a crime unless you KNOW it's a crime. Which explains this entire administration. For them, lying is just a way of life, no one knows any different.
Holy fuck.
But the biggest crime of all of course was happening in the background while apologists for rampant corruption were making excuses for non-stop lying: The "missing" trillion dollar tax cut, which one year later is leading to the worst selloff since the Great Depression.
The largest theft in human history, without any possible comparison. Overseen by the most corrupt cabal of thieves in U.S. history without any fucking comparison.
Sentencing is now in progress and it will be an amount they cannot afford.
