In the future, we are told, there will be self-driving trucks to bring merchandise to consumers
There will be drones dropping Amazon packages on consumer doorsteps
There will be robots flipping burgers in place of low wage indolents
However, unfortunately, for the Idiocracy, there will be no consumers. There will only be bankrupt corporations and the bankrupt tools who invested in them.
In a real economy, supply = demand
Under Globalization, supply = Overinvestment at 0%, followed soon after by "holy fuck, we're going bankrupt"...
