Freedom Incorporated

Ban Contingency Lawsuits aka. "ambulance chasing"
No country run by and for lawyers will ever be "free"

Full Retard
"Cynthia Robinson of the Florida Panhandle city of Pensacola sued the cigarette maker in 2008 over the death of her husband, Michael Johnson, claiming the company conspired to conceal the health dangers and addictive nature of its products."

480,000 People Die Every Year in the U.S. from Smoking
But only one family got $23 billion by pretending not to know that cigarettes are bad for you - a documented fact for over a hundred years and known to everyone who ever smoked one cigarette and choked from the nausea:

Society Can't Protect Every Moron From Themselves
You see, these fucking comfort-seekers want to have it both ways. They want the "freedom" to have the lifestyle of their own choosing, but when it all goes sideways, they want someone to sue. Unfortunately, no society can protect every moron from themselves. There is not enough money to go around. That's the reason for having a decent social safety net. If you can't have that, then you get this lottery instead.

And who actually pays these lawyers for all of this liability? The public at large. Cigarettes exhibit "inelastic demand" because they are addictive, hence any cost increases are passed straight onto the consumer. So out of everyone who made the same decision to smoke, one family gets to take home $23 billion - less the lawyers' 40% cut - all of which is paid for by the remaining smokers. And to what extent will the cigarette industry be "reformed" by these lawsuits? Business as usual.

The costs of these lawsuits and implicit legal liability is embedded in every single product aka. via liability insurance, another sector of this entire cartel.

Things they never tell you on Faux News, the least free country in the developed world:
