CasinoConomy has absolutely nothing to do with the economy. It's a momentum circle jerk in which stunned dunces throw their life savings away while pretending to be wealthy. All while the real economy is sold for special dividends. It's also known as "Shanghai Surprise" in honour of the Chinese who vertical imploded the exact same way last year.

Because when the last tool is found, it all collapses like a cheap tent.

Gamblers have mistaken price for value. What some marginal tool or Central Bank will pay for stocks does not determine their value. The difference between price and value is known as "risk". We've seen stocks peak before profits, but never after, much less a year after...

For Q2, 2016 (Ended June 30th), the expected profit decline is -5.6%. Nine out of ten sectors have lowered growth projections since March 30th (end of Q1)...



The information "asymmetry" of the casino is that the person selling almost always has more information than the person buying...or at minimum has a fucking brain on their shoulders...



Stock buybacks are critical to the illusion. Management uses the gamblers' own money to buy up shares from management. All while overall profits and revenue are shrinking. The gambler ends up with a bigger share of a collapsing pie...

In other words it's a fucking gimmick that supports stock values while insiders cash out...
